Cup Noodles with Abalone

DEAR FRIENDS AND FINE FOOD LOVERS

It is my turn to share my favourite abalone recipe! Don’t laugh, it is cup noodles! Add a few slices of abalone to a standard cup noodle and a normal quick lunch becomes a feast! Mhh … delicious!


INGREDIENTS (4 PERSON’S PORTION)

  • Abalone: Mexico is best of course but for a casual lunch our TellMama brand is more than adequate as well.
  • Cup noodles: I suggest you chose seafood cup noodles such as spicy seafood flavour or prawn flavour, not beef or curry etc.

PREPARATION

  • Add the slices of abalone cold and last. It makes a nice contrast.

TOP CHEF’S TIP

  • A can of abalone serves about 4 - 6
  • Also recommended for late night sack — sweet dreams afterwards!
